Skills like Learning, [[Eagle Eye]], and [[Mysticism]] aren't loved very much by the majority of players. They aren't bad, but the number of secondary skills is limited, while some of them are just vital, and absence of e.g. [[Wisdom]] or [[Earth Magic]] makes a hero significantly weaker, especially in the endgame. Learning
Basic Learning: increases a hero's earned experience by 5%.
Advanced Learning: increases a hero's earned experience by 10%.
Expert Learning: increases a hero's earned experience by 15%.

Learning is a secondary skill, which increases the amount of experience a hero gains from different events. The bonus may be 5%, 10% or 15% depending on the level of the skill. For example, if a hero without Learning secondary skill receives 1000 experience points from a treasure chest, a hero with basic Learning would gain 1050 points, advanced Learning 1100 points and expert Learning 1150 points.

As can be seen from the experience table, assuming Expert Learning very early on, after level 10 the hero will be ~0.75 levels higher than other heroes without this secondary skill. Before level 10, the advantage is less.
