Balindar was the first in Bracada to test the Enrothean technology of using the best steel armor to create statues slated for animation, rather than regular rock, ore, or even precious metals. The rigid-minded golem-building academicians did not welcome this innovation, so Balindar's works, although far superior to their prototypes, still bear the experimental status.
Increases the Speed of allied Magi and Arch Magi by 1 and their Attack and Defense skills by 20% for every 4 levels (rounded up).

In Homecoming, Balindar is carried over from New Order and starts with 1 
Couatl.

A hero from Bracada in search of a large deposit of erudine. He is captured by 
Kastore, but provides 
Steel Golems for 
Henrietta once freed. He is one of the few heroes that aids Henrietta in liberating Eeofol once she is betrayed by Kastore.
