Zog is a campaign exclusive hero, and though not playable in custom-made maps. He is based off the hero Vey. However, his portrait is available in map-editor and can be chosen if a custom hero is created on the map.

High Chieftain of the ogres harassing Burton. Owner of the
Ironfist of the Ogre.
Zog appears in Might and Magic VIII: Day of the Destroyer, where he is the leader of ogres in the Barbarian Fortress dungeon in the Ravage Roaming region.
