This is resurrection for the undead, and therefore one of the most powerful spells when playing with necropolis. Of course, the spell is useless if you do not have undead troops in your army.
It has been suggested, that regardless what the manual claims, the animation of the undead is not permament, unless your hero has advanced or expert earth magic.
