Heretics are the Magic heroes of the Inferno.
As Inferno is an Evil alignment town, Heretics can gain experience by sacrificing creatures at an Altar of Sacrifice or Grotto 
.
"Heretics aim to harness demonic forces to their bidding. While they tend to train themselves with warrior skills, they must also know enough magic to control their infernal allies. Heretics can often be recognized by the number of protective wards and markings they wear to ward off demonic attacks." Restoration of Erathia Manual
Secondary Skills[edit | hide]
Some skills are not available for certain hero classes, which means they can only acquire them from Scholars, Witch Huts (except for Necromancy and Leadership, if not allowed by a map-maker), Seer's Huts, Events, or Pandora's Boxes.
Secondary Skills with green numbers are most likely to be learned (7–10) by Heretics.
Secondary Skills with red numbers cannot be learned (0) by Heretics.
