Wizards are the magic heroes of Tower.
"Wizards are dedicated pursuers of mystical and magical knowledge. While they may lend little to the direct military aspect of a battle, they are likely to turn the tide in their favor with use of mighty arcane forces. Wizards seldom wear any armor, relying on their control of magic to protect them." RoE manual
As they are heroes of a good town, they can get experience by sacrificing only artifacts on Altar of Sacrifice and in Grotto .
All Wizards start with the secondary skill Wisdom. They cannot learn Necromancy, Resistance, and Interference , which means they can only acquire them from Witch Huts (if allowed), Scholars, Seer's Huts, Pandora's Boxes or Events.
