Most of those are Wisdom combos, which is not surprising given how nearly half the heroes have Wisdom as a starting skill. (Only reason it's not fully half is because of the many campaign-specific might heroes... Without campaign heroes, it's actually slightly more than half, since two Might heroes do have Wisdom as a starting skill, in addition to all of the Magic heroes.)

There's only two skills that don't have any combo with Wisdom: Archery and Armorer.

Most of the possible skill combinations are not present. That makes all the combos with Eagle Eye or Learning all the more unfortunate, as they could have been instead spent on more interesting combos with skills that actually have a purpose. That said, it's almost a shame there isn't an Eagle Eye + Learning combo out there to take the crown of the Absolute Worst Hero in the game... :p
