Ship-to-Ship Combat

Gunwale

Gap

Ship-to-ship combat occurs when one ship

attacks another at sea. The battlefield

represents the two ships, side-by-side.

Gangplanks cross the gap between them and

can be used by troops to cross to the opposing

ship. The ship gunwales block the movement of

ground walking troops.
